3 – Payments & Pricing

4 – Project Delivery
- All services are delivered as per agreed project timelines and scope.
- Final project files, materials, or deliverables will be provided upon full payment.
- Minor revisions are included as per the selected package; major changes may incur additional costs.
5 – Copyright & Ownership
- Upon full payment, all rights and ownership of the final approved deliverables are transferred to the client.

6 – Refund Policy
Refunds are handled fairly based on the stage of project completion:
- Before initial concept or draft: 100% refund (less 10% processing fee).
- Within 48 hours of first delivery: 66% refund (less 10% fee).
- Between 48–120 hours of first delivery: 33% refund (less 10% fee).
- After 120 hours or once revisions begin: No refund (concerns will be addressed to ensure satisfaction).
No refund will be issued for:
- Change of mind after approval.
- Business closure, rebranding, or delay in communication.
- Third-party issues or work done outside Ocassiadigital LLC.
- Incomplete project briefs or non-refundable add-ons.
7 – Usage Policy
- Users must comply with applicable laws and not misuse our website or services.
- Uploading malware, unauthorized scripts, or infringing materials is strictly prohibited.
